If your product is damaged or you suspect it's defective, please contact our customer support team as soon as the issue is discovered.
In addition to a clear description of the issue, be sure to include the following:
- Order number(s)
- Items(s) in question, including name and SKU (found in your confirmation email)
- Photos and/or videos of the item(s)
- Shipping address
