What if my item is damaged or defective?Updated 8 days ago

We’re so sorry to hear there’s an issue with your order. Our team is here to help make it right as quickly as possible.

If your product is damaged or you suspect it's defective, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery. 

In addition to a clear description of the issue, be sure to include the following:

  • Order number(s)
  • Product(s) in question, including name and SKU (found in your confirmation email)
  • Photos of the damaged product(s)
  • Shipping address

To get started, please complete our Contact Form and select "Damaged or Defective Merchandise" as the subject. Once your submission is received, our team will work with you to provide a replacement or store credit whenever possible.
