What is covered under Onward shipping protection?Updated 2 days ago

When you add Checkout+ by Onward to your cart, your order is protected from the moment it ships until it arrives at your door. With Onward, you won’t need to chase down carriers or deal with lengthy investigations — your issue will be handled directly and promptly. 

Onward covers:

• Lost packages: If your order is lost in transit, you’ll be covered for a replacement or refund.

• Damaged item(s): If your item(s) are damaged in transit, Onward will work with you to replace them or issue a refund.

• Missing or stolen packages: If your order is marked as “Delivered” but you can’t locate it, Onward will ensure you receive a replacement or refund.

Onward does not cover:

• Incorrect shipping address: Issues caused by entering the wrong address at checkout. If you need to modify your address, please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact Form, using "Orders and Shipping" as the subject. 

• Product dissatisfaction: Claims related to product quality or condition will be handled by Modell's customer support team.

• Forwarded shipments: Coverage applies only to the original shipping address. Packages forwarded or re-shipped to another address by the customer are not covered.
  
  

Kindly note, refunds are issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card. These gift cards do not expire and are valid only on Modells.com.
